Entry Limits:

2 Athletes per event      1 Team per relay

Concessions:

Concession stand will be open

Restrooms:

Restrooms are located in the School building

Meet Day Check-In:

When you arrive come to the trailer at the finish line right away to check in hand in your scratches and exchanges for the running events.

Team Camps:

No tents on the bleachers, team tents can be set up outside the track fence. Please make sure that your camp is cleaned up when you leave!

Coaches Meet:

Coaches meet will be at the finish line by the trailer 09:30 AM

Relay Cards:

Relay cards will be distributed at the coaches meet, teams need to hand in relay card completely filled (School, first and last name of all 4 runners in order) out to the clerk at check in.

Scratches / Exchanges:

Scratches and exchanges have to be handed in at the finish line trailer by 09:45 AM sharp. No add ons, no exceptions!

Heat Sheets:

Events will be seated after all changes are processed. Heats are seated based on seed marks.

Field events: low to high performance.

Running events: slow heat to fast heat.

Sprint: line preferences L1- 5th / L2- 3rd / L 3 - 1st / L4- 2nd / L5 – 4th / L6 – 6th.

Distance: waterfall, fastest inside to slowest outside.

Clerk will have heat sheets, so please make sure that you athletes are at the check in by 3rd call. Athletes that are not at the starting line when their heat is called up will be scratched.

We will also try to post heat sheets behind the press box. If there should be any discrepancies, the clerk’s heat sheet set is overruling. No protests in regard to seating will be accepted after the event has started.

We will score six places 10-8-6-4-2-1

Awards:

Awards can be picked up after the completion of the meet in the press box.

Team awards are presented after completion of competition in front of the press box.

Spikes/Blocks:

Only ¼ inch pyramid spikes and the provided starting blocks are allowed.

Running events:

All check-ins are at the starting lines of the events. Whoever is not present after 3rd call when heat is called up will be scratched.

Field Events:

4 attempts no finals

Running events have priority; athletes must check out with official and can not check out prior 2nd call. Athletes must return and check back in with the official within 5 minutes of completion of their heat. If athlete does not check back in time, event will be continued and time foul rule applies. Pole Vault and High Jump will not be halted for any other reason than checked out athletes for running events. If PV or HJ conflicts with another field event, make sure official of other event is notified, complete vertical jump first then go to the other event. Athletes have 5 minutes to check in at the other field event from the time they were eliminated from the vertical jumping event.

Starting Heights:

Determined by the meet director based on seed entries.

Progression: 2 Inch High Jump / 6 Inch Pole Vault
